Women's Circle of Sandpoint

For April’s circle, as we increase our collective challenges in our human culture as well as cosmically with the eclipse season upon us, I am called to create a soothing gathering and unite the voices of our sisters. Join me for a healing circle where each woman is invited to lend their voice to sing for each woman and to have an opportunity to receive the frequency of beauty through sound and song. This is a nourishment like no other, so please gift yourself the time and space to attend and help create this healing space. No singing experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and receptivity. All songs will be simple to learn and repeated often! As usual, we will begin with grounding movement and embodiment. We will then create a space for reflection and writing to clarify what threshold is present for us in this Spring cycle in the themes of renewal and composting away of the old. Please bring your own journal, if you have a writing practice at home. Otherwise, paper and pencil will be provided. Looking forward to being together…
